Event will take place is the J. Lohr Vineyards & Wines warehouse located in San Jose.

I discovered strongman training as a hobby about 6 years ago. I earned Pro status in 2022 and achieved one of my biggest goals of becoming America’s Strongest Woman in 2023!

Matt Webb

I first competed in strongman in 2015 and have been hooked ever since. I have traveled the country many times over doing local shows, many Nationals, and Official Strongman Games three times. I finally reached the podium in 2023! I still love to compete as well as coach, sponsor, and promote the amazing athletes in this sport.

Events

4, 3, 2 1 Ladder – the ladies will press a log for 4 reps, deadlift 3 reps with an axle on a 2” deficit, press a circus dumbbell overhead for 2 reps and finish with a single deadlift.

Pick Your Poison – the ladies will be choosing 1 of 2 sandbag weights and shouldering it as many times as possible in the time given. Once they choose their sandbag, they cannot change it.

The Carry Smorgasbord – the ladies will start with a Husafell carry to a yoke carry and finish with a fat back duck walk. Each implement will be carried 50’ with a set amount of time to finish.

Gabi Dixson Hercules Hold – back by popular demand, the ladies will be holding those pillars for as long as then can.

Bottoms Up – the ladies will be Zerchering an axle bar for as many reps as possible in the time given.
